You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillino account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jillino immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jillino will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jillino is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests or when prompted by regulatory obligations. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents as requested. jillino reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
3.4 Accuracy of Information
All information provided to jillino during registration and throughout the account relationship must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds, in addition to potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
jillino accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to jillino accounts. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jillino currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction, subject to change at jillino's discretion.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jillino wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. jillino is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider or banking institution.
4.3 Source of Funds
By depositing funds into your jillino account, you represent and warrant that the funds originate from lawful sources and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. jillino reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
Players may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions and limitations. jillino is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals are available only to account holders who have completed jillino's KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus funds are active and subject to pending wagering requirements will be processed only after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.
5.2 Processing Timelines
GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; jillino is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jillino reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
5.4 Right to Withhold Pending Investigation
jillino reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. jillino will communicate the reason for any such delay to the affected account holder promptly and will cooperate with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where required.
jillino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

jillino actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of promotional errors. 7.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered placed and accepted once confirmed by the jillino system and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the player's account balance. Verbal instructions, on-screen displays that have not been confirmed, or partial technical confirmations do not constitute accepted bets. jillino's server records are the authoritative record of all accepted bets and game outcomes.
7.2 Disconnections and Technical Errors
jillino will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues that affect game outcomes. In the event of a system disconnection during live play, jillino will attempt to restore the game state where technically possible. Where game restoration is not possible, affected bets will be voided and the wagered amounts returned to the player's account balance. 7.3 Manifest Errors

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillino's aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the jillino platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Internal Complaints Process
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding jillino's services, you should first contact jillino's customer support team by email at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the complaint and the resolution you are seeking. jillino will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. More complex matters may require additional time, which jillino will communicate to you promptly.
12.2 Regulatory Complaints
If you are not satisfied with jillino's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine gaming regulatory authority, using PAGCOR's official complaints process. jillino fully cooperates with PAGCOR in all regulatory matters and will provide requested information promptly.
12.3 Binding Nature of Records
In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, bet, or transaction, jillino's server records shall be considered the authoritative and definitive record of the relevant activity. Where server records are incomplete due to a technical failure, jillino will work in good faith with the affected player to reach a fair resolution.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, jillino reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the account holder, jillino will return the available account balance to the account holder via the registered payment method, less any applicable fees.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jillino support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending verification or transaction processes.
jillino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to account holders via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the jillino platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.
Your continued use of the jillino platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using jillino and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, subject to the internal complaints process described in Section 12 and any applicable PAGCOR regulatory processes.
